How do I use Oruvail-Sr? When you Buy Oruvail-Sr take it with food, an antacid, or milk to minimize side effects. If Oruvail-Sr is being used for arthritis treatment, be sure to take it regularly. Actron and Orudis KT should be taken with a full glass of water or other fluid. Do not use them for more than 3 days for fever or 10 days for pain. What are the potential side effects from Oruvail-Sr? Frequent side effects from Oruvail-Sr may include: Diarrhea, dreams, fluid retention, gas, headache, inability to sleep, indigestion, nausea, nervousness, abdominal pain, changes in kidney function and constipation. Less frequent or rare side effects from Oruvail-Sr may include: Asthma, belching, blood in the urine, bloody or black stools, change in taste, chills, confusion, congestive heart failure, coughing up blood, conjunctivitis (pinkeye), depression, difficult or labored breathing, dizziness, dry mouth, eye pain, facial swelling due to fluid retention. What should I discuss with my doctor before taking Oruvail-Sr? Make sure your doctor knows any other conditions you have and what other medications you are taking. If you have kidney or liver disease, this drug should be used with caution. If you are taking Oruvail-Sr for an extended period of time, your doctor will check your blood for anemia. Oruvail-Sr can increase water retention. Use with caution if you have heart disease or high blood pressure. Tell your doctor of any reactions you have experienced with medication. If you have ever had an allergic reaction to Oruvail-Sr, or if you have had asthma attacks, hives, or other allergic reactions caused by aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, you should not take this medication. The most you should take in a day is 300 milligrams of Oruvail-Sr or 200 milligrams of Oruvail-Sr. Some side effects, such as headache or upset stomach, increase in severity as the dose gets higher. The normal dose of Oruvail is 25 to 50 milligrams every 6 to 8 hours as needed. Smaller people, older people, and those with kidney or liver disease need smaller doses of Oruvail-Sr. Doses above 80 milligrams have no additional effect. For children less than 16 years of age, its not recommended, only if prescribed by a doctor. In older adults the dosage can be lower. What should I do in case of overdose with Oruvail-Sr? Little is known of overdose with Oruvail-Sr, but any medication taken in excess can have serious consequences. If you suspect an overdose of Oruvail-Sr, seek medical attention immediately. Possible symptoms of Oruvail-Sr overdose may include: Convulsions, drowsiness, high blood pressure, kidney failure, low blood pressure, nausea, sluggishness, stomach and intestinal bleeding, stomach pain, vomiting, breathing difficulty and coma. |
